All square meter calculations are estimates based on the interior measurements we take on site. We use a laser for measurements and record a video of the property for post-processing. The on-site measurement takes less than an hour.
It's entirely up to you. We can measure empty homes with just instructions for access. Otherwise, we look forward to meeting you!
We calculate the price based on square meters (or the minimum price). Therefore, a two-story home does not pay for two floor plans. Decks, terraces, and balconies are included in the floor plan.

We do not include labels or measurements on 3D floor plans.
Only usable floor area (BRA) is included in the price calculation.
After receiving the 3D floor plan, you can rotate the floor plan if you are not satisfied at no extra cost (See 3D floor plan).
The 3D floor plan is created based on the 2D floor plan. Therefore, you get it included with your purchase!

We find furniture that resembles or matches the style. Some furniture may be omitted, especially in cluttered rooms. The floor plan is illustrative, not an exact replica.
The floor plans are delivered in JPG (4000 x 3000p), PNG (6000 x 4500p), and SVG file formats.
