We charge per square meter of the total area we measure, or the minimum price listed below (whichever is greater).

2d floor plan

NOK 35 per square meter
Minimum price: NOK 2000

Included:

Additional services:

  • Delivery within 12 hours after measurement: NOK 500

3d floor plan

NOK 49 per square meter
Minimum price: NOK 3000

Included:

  • 2D floor plan with fixed furnishings
  • Realistic colors and textures
  • Fixed furnishings (refrigerator, oven, shower, etc.)
  • Loose furnishings (sofa, table, bed, etc.)
  • Delivery within 72 hours after measurement

About us

We are two engineering students who spent a long time finding housing when we moved to Trondheim in the summer of 2023. We quickly discovered that most property listings lacked floor plans. This was frustrating because we felt floor plans were essential for getting a comprehensive understanding of the home. Driven by this, we decided to found a company with the goal of providing detailed, aesthetic floor plans for all types of homes.
