1. Agreement

The agreement consists of these terms, information provided in the payment solution, and any specially agreed terms. In case of any conflict between the information, what is specifically agreed between the parties shall prevail, as long as it does not contravene mandatory legislation. The agreement will also be supplemented by relevant statutory provisions regulating the purchase of goods between businesses and consumers.

2. The Parties

Planløsninger.no is operated by Planløsninger AS, org. no. 933520889, post@planløsninger.no. The person who makes payments, places orders, and uses the website is referred to as the customer.

3. Prices

Customers choose which products they wish to purchase. Prices include VAT.

4. Payment

Payment is made by invoice.

5. Delivery

Upon completion of payment, the customer will receive a confirmation and receipt via email.

6. Measurements and Accuracy

Although we do our best to ensure that the floor plans are accurate, please note that measurements of doors, windows, rooms, and other elements are approximate. We do not take responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies after approval is received from the customer. Please consider the floor plans as illustrative and use them accordingly.

7. Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for any of our products in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22. If there are errors or defects in the product you received, please send an email and we will handle the case promptly.

11. Dispute Resolution
